Certificate in Customer Service

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The National Certificate in Customer Service is an accredited program of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training Cameroon (MINEFOP)

The purpose of this training is to enable individuals who wish to take a career in customer service or customer facing roles to get the professional tools and certification needed to access jobs in the customer service sector.

The training takes a practical approach and focuses on transfer of skills. The goal is to make participants fit for the job market, set to manage their customers or capable of creating new employment opportunities for themselves.

Eligibility

Candidates with a high school certificate (GCE Advanced Level, BAC). Candidates without a high school certificate must show proof of 5years working experience. Only Eligible to candidates in Cameroon.

Exams

End of training Examinations are organized and evaluated by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training. Successful candidates are issued attestations of success by the ministry. 

Certification Process

Step 1: Online registration

Step 2: Confirmation of Eligibility for the program.

Step 3: Payment of training and Certification fee.

Step 4: Enrollment of candidate in LMS and training sessions

Step 5: Training and submission of module tasks.

Step 6: End of course examination.

Step 7: Certification by Ministry.
